Delete your Kwayes account

You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you want, from the Kwayes app by Kwayes Information Technology, or by email.

In the app

  1. Open Kwayes and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@kwayes.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm your request by email and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: username, display name, photo and bio.
  • Your sign-in details.
  • All your listings, including their videos.
  • The cars you saved, the sellers you follow and the users you blocked.
  • Your conversations and messages. They disappear for the other person too.
  • The reports you made, and your devices’ notification tokens.

Deletion can’t be undone. If you want to use Kwayes again later, you will need a new account.

What may be kept

  • Copies in encrypted backups and our providers’ security logs, which are overwritten within 30 days.
  • Information we must keep by law, for example when we have received a valid request from an authority, kept only for as long as required.

Only want to remove some data, such as a single listing or video? You can take down a listing in the app, or email us and we will delete just that. More in our privacy policy.
